p Job Title: IT Support Specialist (Onsite)p Job Summary: /pp We are looking for a proactive IT Support Specialist to provide onsite end-user support, manage office IT infrastructure, and assist with asset and project-based operations. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate with remote teams and vendors. /pp Key Responsibilities: /pp End-User Support /pulli Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals (Windows, macOS, Linux). /lili Handle provisioning, deployment, replacement, and decommissioning of IT equipment. /lili Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues. /lili Coordinate escalations with Level 2 support teams. /li /ulp Office Infrastructure Support /pulli Support network connectivity, printing, voice, AV, and workplace technologies. /lili Install and maintain switches, routers, and access points. /lili Assist with smart office solutions and conference room technologies. /lili Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and support activities.



/li /ulp Asset Management /pulli Manage IT assets including receiving, labeling, imaging, tracking, and maintenance. /lili Conduct inventory audits and maintain accurate records. /lili Coordinate repairs, redeployment, and disposal of devices. /lili Ensure compliance with asset management policies. /li /ulp Project Site Support /pulli Support office moves, hardware refreshes, and infrastructure projects. /lili Assist in business events, demos, and technology deployments. /lili Provide remote hands support and vendor coordination. /li /ulp Required Skills: /pulli Experience with Windows, macOS, Linux, and office IT infrastructure. /lili Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, access points). /lili Experience in asset management and inventory control. /lili Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills. /lili Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote teams. /li /ul /p
