p Support Engineer/ Workplace Support Engineer - 12 months+ 300-340€ per day- On site Milano mainly + Lugano occasionally p Looking for an Italian speaking VIP Support Engineer / Workplace Support Engineer who will have access to the client's IT team for escalations and specialist support. We are looking for someone credible, autonomous, and capable of interacting effectively with executive and VIP stakeholders. /pp Key characteristics include: /pulli Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. /lili Strong customer service orientation. /lili Ability to manage users independently. /lili Professional presence and demeanor. /lili Ability to handle sensitive situations and high expectations. /li /ulp Requests may range from very simple tasks to everyday operational issues, such as: /pulli A PC that does not start.



/lili A disconnected network cable or docking station. /lili PC or smartphone configuration. /lili Teams or Microsoft 365 issues. /lili Application usage support. /lili Email errors (e.g. NDRs) or other issues the user does not understand. /li /ulp The most important aspect is not deep technical expertise, but rather the ability to take ownership of issues, manage VIP users appropriately, escalate when necessary, and drive problems to a successful resolution. /pp Support Engineer/ Workplace Support Engineer - 12 months+ 300-340€ per day- On site Milano mainly + Lugano occasionally /p /p
