An exciting opportunity has arisen for a charming **Hostess** to join our team at _**tuya**_. **Tuya** is a full dining restaurant open for lunch and dinner, in **Porta Nuova**, one of the main business districts in Milan, where one can enjoy a relaxed and seasonal **Mediterranean** menu. As a **Host**, you are mainly responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including but not limited to greeting guests, answering phones, managing bookings, and customer service.
- have had previous experience in a similar/relevant role.
- are friendly and professional in their approach.
- have excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- show fantastic multi-tasking abilities.
- have a desire to learn and work hard.
- are fluent in Italian and English (mandatory).
