M Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a qualified and creative pastry chef to join an exceptional culinary team in a luxury hotel in the midlands. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, creative and talented pastry chef who will expertly produce an array of culinary delights to include afternoon teas, pastries, desserts and cakes for our F&B; outlets.




- A high level of experience in pastry kitchen within a 4/5* setting
- Ability to produce afternoon teas, pastries, desserts and cakes for our F&B; outlets.
- HACCP qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are met
- Ensure all food items are ordered/prepped ready for service
- Ensure relevant information passed on to Executive/Head Chef
- Ensure fire and safety protocols are followed
