p Opdenergy is a growing independent renewable energy producer (IPP) with presence in Europe, United States and Latin America with more than 19 years' experience. The company develops, builds, finances, manages and operates high quality renewable energy projects in several countries, with a portfolio of 2,6 GW (1,9 operational and + 0,7 ready to build / under construction) assets in operations and construction, whole portfolio under development sums up to over 18 GW. p We are seeking an Grid Connection Engineer to support our ongoing and future projects in Italy. /pp What will you help with? /pulli Management of the entire grid connection process, including communication with grid operators (e-distribuzione, Terna, etc.); /lili Drafting and submission of medium and high voltage grid connection applications; /lili Analysis of technical outcomes (STMG/STMD) and verification of technical feasibility; /lili Support during the development and permitting phases of projects, with a focus on electrical aspects; /lili Collaboration with legal, permitting, and project management teams; /lili Estimating costs and scheduling activities related to grid interconnection works; /lili Coordination with designers and support in designing connection-side systems; /lili Support in preparing tender processes for grid interconnection works, including defining the scope of work, reviewing bids, and selecting contractors; /lili Evaluation of offers and follow-up during the tendering process; /lili Support in preparing contracts to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with OPDENERGY's requirements; /lili Management and supervision of engineering and construction activities related to grid connection works,



in coordination with Project Managers and Site Engineers; /lili Participation in key phases of commissioning; /lili Performing site surveys and audits during construction. /li /ulp Requirements: /pulli Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field; /lili At least 2–3 years of previous experience in the field of electrical connections for renewable energy plants; /lili Proven experience in the construction of HV substations; /lili Proven experience in the construction of grid works with E-distribuzione; /lili Knowledge of the Italian Grid Connection Process (and TICA); /lili Excellent knowledge of the technical regulations for grid connection in Italy and processes with Terna and local distributors; /lili Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams, project drawings, and technical documentation; /lili Good knowledge of electrical design software and Microsoft Office package; /lili Proactive mindset, autonomy, and a strong team-working attitude; /lili Written and spoken English proficiency.
