Junior Account Executive (English-speaking markets)

Finanz is one of Europe’s fastest-growing fintech apps (180,000+ users). We sell a white-label B2B engine
(financial education + customer intelligence) that banks embed in their own app. Already live with Crédit
Agricole, Satispay, Credem, Gimme5 and Euromobiliare. We’re opening new markets from scratch and need
someone who can build them.
The role
Works alongside a senior Account Executive to grow the English-speaking markets: outreach, qualification,
demos and closing, with a clear playbook and founder support. Not running a market solo, but learning the full
sales cycle and building toward market ownership.
Who we’re looking for (must-have)
• Real sales drive and hunger (any experience level for the right profile: early-career welcome, but also
more experienced if the fit is right)
• Native or fluent English (essential)
• Coachable and genuinely into the mission
• Comfortable working alongside a senior AE and building pipeline
• Eager to grow into a market-owning role
Nice to have
• SDR / junior AE experience in fintech or SaaS
• Fully remote: no need to live in a specific country
Package
• Indicative gross annual package (on-target): €45–55K gross/year, performance-linked with real upside
• Independent contractor engagement, fully remote

What we look for (for pre-screening): consultative selling (not just pitching), energy, objection handling, and
coachability (the most important). First call: screen-share to filter time-wasters
