In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth sales operations by coordinating administrative processes, customer support, documentation, and internal communication. /pp What You'll Do /pp As a Sales Support Specialist, you will work closely with the Sales Team, Sales Support Team and other functional departments to support throughout the entire sales process. Your main responsibilities will include: /pulli Supporting daily sales administration and coordinating internal communication. /lili Managing customer inquiries, quotations, contracts, and order documentation. /lili Preparing, reviewing, and tracking shipping and commercial documents. /lili Maintaining CRM and SAP systems, managing leads, and monitoring sales opportunities. /lili Following up on customer payments, deliveries, and contract execution. /lili Coordinating with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure efficient order processing. /lili Preparing reports, forecasts,
