aye? /p h3NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB /h3 ul liSupport the General Manager across all departments, and deputise in their absence /li liBe responsible for leading, developing and implementing a regular programme of creative, revenue-driving events and - initiatives within the hostel /li liWork with GM/HQ to evolve and expand the property FB offerings to both internal and external guests ensuring all efforts are on-brand and revenue driving /li liHelp the team create and deliver the budgeted PL /li liControl payroll and all costs by understanding market conditions, forecasts and business on the books to maximise departmental income /li liBe commercially savvy in exploring new revenue streams /li liHave a comprehensive knowledge of, and ensure compliance with all statutory local legislation and regulation, in particular, - - - HS, employment law and Fire Safety /li liEnsure all site level HR support is delivered and compliant /li liCultivate relationships with local influencers and build a database of useful contacts /li liBe responsible for the ‘atmosphere management’ of the property /li liEnsure that our social spaces embody the Generator brand and culture /li liCommunicate effectively and appropriately in all directions so that the wider team understands our company goals and is motivated to work towards their success /li /ul pNaturally this is not intended as an exhaustive list of duties.
