You will develop and qualify sustainable polymer solutions for Greif’s plastics and IBC businesses, advancing PCR adoption across operations, quality, and procurement. You’ll lead trials, supplier engagement, and process improvements to deliver high‑performance, compliant, cost‑competitive recycled plastics. This position supports Greif’s sustainability goals and long‑term PCR capabilities, shaping scalable processes and strategic partnerships. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliLead PCR processing strategy development across plastics manufacturing /liliEstablish and maintain PCR material qualification processes /liliDevelop product roadmaps to increase PCR utilization while ensuring performance and manufacturability /liliSupport capital investment projects involving PCR processing and recycling technologies /liliCollaborate with Operations, Quality, Commercial, and Engineering to optimize processes and PCR adoption /liliDevelop technical standards, controls, and best practices for PCR implementation /liliLead manufacturing trials, validation,
