ph3Experteer Overview /h3pIn this role you oversee end-to-end branch accounting and tax activities, acting as the primary financial liaison for Finance HQ, Tax, and local operations. You will contribute to international VAT matters and drive improvements in financial controls and processes within a multinational setting. The position offers exposure to SAP configurations and cross-functional collaboration with IT and shared services. You will support audits, month-end, and year-end closures, shaping efficient financial workflows for the branch. This is a chance to contribute to Prysmian’s sustainable, global growth by strengthening governance and compliance. /ph3Retribuzione / Benefits /h3ulliOversee end-to-end branch accounting activities /liliControl and record invoices with correct VAT details for multi-branch configurations /liliPerform bank and intercompany reconciliations; manage balance sheet controls /liliSupport month-/quarter-/year-end closing with HQ Administration /liliManage intra-branch and intra-EU goods flow documentation (shipping docs, CMR)



/liliAct as first-line owner of local tax compliance and VAT returns /liliPrepare Intrastat declarations and monitor regulatory deadlines /liliCoordinate SAP configurations for branch accounting and tax processes with IT/Shared Services /liliCoordinate information flow between local operations and finance /liliOversee payment processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness /liliPrepare and analyze periodic financial and tax reporting for Administration and Tax /liliIdentify and implement process improvements and internal control enhancements /li /ulh3Responsabilità /h3ulliDegree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent /lili3-5 years of accounting or tax experience in multinational environments or Big Four /liliSolid SAP knowledge /liliStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) /liliGood command of written and spoken English /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
