Our Corporate division are now seeking a talented Finance Strategy Specialist to join the Finance Strategy Team. Some of the essentials for you to know are: Location: our offices in Milan Reporting into: Finance Strategy Manager Contract Type: Fixed Term (1 year) Workplace Type: Hybrid Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:




- Coordinating a strategic project related to the Group Profitability improvement- Support in the development of financial models aimed at measuring quantitative impacts of Business opportunities- Drafting of Business Cases related to the execution of the strategic plan of the Group- Analytical support in reviewing the financial impacts of Business Cases related to the execution of the Group's strategic plan- Support in the coordination of Cross-Functional Teams capable of executing strategic projects and following a Data Driven approach The type of person that we are looking for:
- University degree in Business Administration/Finance/Controlling- At least 1 year of work experience in strategy, business operations and project management, within management consulting firms or corporate strategy roles- Impeccable strategic and operational thinking, with a work experience that shows a history of both strategic and "hands-on" projects:
- Demonstrated ability to be at ease with financial planning tools and methodologies- Process management skills and experience managing and improving complex projects/processes- Experience with analytical problem solving, quantitative analysis and insights communication towards Management- Natural curiosity, exceptional analytical skills and the ability to structure and process qualitative and quantitative data, formulate and test hypotheses- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint)- Well-developed business acumen- Ability to work across teams, build relationships and influencing others- Ability to work in a fast-changing environment with an entrepreneurial approach- Excellent written and oral communication skills, both in Italian and English
