p Agilité is recruiting an experienced Project Manager to join its Milan team, delivering high‐end commercial interiors and fit‐out projects across Italy and wider Europe. This is a senior, highly operational role with full responsibility for projects from early pre‐construction through to handover. p The Project Manager will represent Agilité on site and with clients, taking ownership of technical, financial, contractual, safety and delivery performance. The role requires a confident, resilient professional with deep construction knowledge, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to lead complex projects in demanding, international environments. /pp This role is well suited to an organised, methodical, and self-driven professional who is comfortable working independently within a collaborative project environment. /pp Reporting directly to the Country Head, the Project Manager is fully accountable for the successful delivery of assigned projects, ensuring quality, client satisfaction, and achievement of project objectives. /pp Working with Agilité: /pp Agilité is a pan-European commercial interiors and fit-out specialist, operating as a general contractor across multiple European markets. Agilité breathes new life into spaces for world-leading brands, and it's the people behind the projects, and the processes underpinning the people which make us different – that, and our B Corp certification. /pp Key Responsibilities. /pp Pre‐construction and tender involvement. /pp· Intervene early in the pre‐construction phase, assessing feasibility and delivery strategy /pp· Analyse tender responses and documentation, working closely with the cost estimator /pp· Make delivery and methodology recommendations aligned with cost, time and risk /pp· Explore design and material alternatives with the design office to meet client expectations and improve profitability /pp· Integrate health, safety and environmental considerations into tender responses /pp· Contribute to budget proposals, feasibility studies and updated project submissions /pp Project delivery and site management. /pp· Take full ownership of fit‐out projects from mobilisation to handover and OPR /pp· Select subcontractors, lead negotiations, and manage procurement and planning /pp· Ensure quality, cost and programme targets are consistently achieved /pp· Review drawings and schedules, contributing where required to improve buildability /pp· Monitor daily site progress, anticipating challenges and maintaining momentum /pp· Mobilise required technical experts and coordinate interventions /pp· Manage all aspects of works contracts, including technical, administrative and financial elements /pp Financial and contractual control. /pp· Oversee financial and contractual management to ensure smooth project delivery /pp· Maintain cost control, forecasting and variation management /pp· Manage contractual correspondence, claims and commercial risk /pp· Ensure delivery on time and within the agreed budget /pp Client and stakeholder management. /pp· Act as Agilité's primary on‐site representative and main point of contact /pp· Coordinate effectively between technical teams, control office, clients,
consultants and subcontractors /pp· Organise and lead site meetings and progress meetings /pp· Prepare and follow up on project documentation and reporting /pp· Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with all key stakeholders /pp Health, safety, quality and environment. /pp· Apply HQSE regulations across all project activities /pp· Comply with company health and safety policy and ISO accreditations /pp· Ensure subcontractors meet all safety, health and environmental requirements /pp· Embed health and safety considerations throughout planning and execution /pp Process management and reporting. /pp· Communicate relevant project information clearly and promptly to teams /pp· Analyse and support production processes to maintain efficiency and quality /pp· Monitor and report against key performance indicators /pp· Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes /pp Leadership and people development. /pp· Identify team strengths and development needs /pp· Support training plans and capability development /pp· Conduct regular assessments and contribute to performance management /pp· Promote a collaborative, accountable and delivery‐focused culture /pp Qualifications. /pp· Minimum 10 years' proven experience in a demanding construction or fit‐out environment /pp· Experience within the construction sector, ideally with a recognised general contractor /pp· Proven delivery of office, retail or hospitality fit‐out projects /pp· Highly operational, responsive and adaptable approach /pp· Strong commercial awareness and contractual understanding /pp· Established relationships within the local market /pp· Excellent communication skills and strong business acumen /pp· Ability to represent the company at senior client level /pp· Resilience, motivation, determination and natural enthusiasm /pp· Strong alignment with Agilité's values and delivery standards /pp· Fluency in Italian and English. /pp Compensation Benefits (Italy) /pp· Salary range: €40,000 - 55,000 /pp· Annual premio /pp· Project Bonus /pp· Meal Vouchers and sport allowance /pp· Remote working up to two days per week /pp· Team building event per quarter /pp· Annual ski trip and company social events /pp· Energetic and dynamic work environment /pp· Purpose-driven work with a focus on making a positive impact /p /p
