Stellantis's Product Development Technology Organization's mission is to build the most captivating experiences in the latest frontier of Automotive Technology. p The main job responsibilities will be: /pulli To work with electrical engineers to design circuit boards assemblies, including MCU, SOC, high voltage, high power, HDI, and high-speed, etc. /lili To design printed circuit boards meeting high-volume production grade /li /ululli To lead layout reviews with internal and external teams /lili To monitor layout progress and change management /lili To work with mechanical engineers on mechanical-electrical packaging /lili To support quick-turn board builds with PCB contract manufacturers /lili To release technical documents (BOM, design procedures, design for manufacture, etc.) /lili To release the layout drawings to the various teams and coordinate their layout activities by ensuring compliance with the layout rules /li /ulp Basic Qualifications: /pulli Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent from an ABET-accredited university /lili At least 4 years' experience in the layout of high-speed PCBs /lili Experienced in routing high-speed digital DDRx (4 gen minimum) memory interface, PCIe, etc.
/lili Experienced with constraints-driven PCB layout methodology /lili Experienced in building and maintaining design guidelines /lili PCB layer stack-up design /lili Library and Layout review process /lili IPC Standards for Symbol and Footprint creation /lili Gerber release process /li /ulp Preferred Qualifications /pulli Experienced in industrial or automotive (preferred) area (TIER1) /lili Detailed understanding of high-speed digital PCB routing constraints, multilayer PCB construction /lili Experience with BGA pitch of equal to or less than 0.5mm /lili Experience managing 3rd party layout services /lili Ability to participate in schematic and design reviews /lili Justified experience with leading, animating, and following up on layout design reviews /lili Experienced with at least 2 CAD tools hereafter for schematic and layout: Cadence, Mentor, Altium, Zuken.
