ppWithin the Group Head Office and Thematic Audit function, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the team. /ppKey responsibilities of the role will include: /pulliUndertaking insurance business audits (i.e. Life, Non-Life, Pension, Reinsurance, Distribution, etc.), including Head Office Audit or Cross-Countries Audit /liliEnsuring compliance with internal (audit methodology and risk management) and external (Italian/European) requirements /liliSupporting the Audit manager/Head of the function in preparing documentations that are part of the business as usual (i.e. Report for the Audit Management, quarterly reporting and hoc reporting) /liliPerforming of risk assessments and development of risk-oriented Audit programs /liliContributing to data analytics analysis and tests /li /ulh3Requirements /h3pOur ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: /pulliBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance or Actuarial /liliA minimum of 4–5 years of hands‑on experience in internal or external audit, or in key insurance business functions (e.g., underwriting, claims, product development, reinsurance, etc.) /liliExperience and/or knowledge of the Insurance business, including the processes, activities, practices, tools and considerations of life, health, PC and reinsurance /liliExperience and/or knowledge of EU IDD/POG regulations /liliKnowledge and ability to evaluate and enhance internal control processes and capability of performing risk assessment and execute audits /liliGood written and oral communication skills,
with the proven ability to present and explain complex information and suggest process improvements to diverse audiences including senior level staff /liliGood knowledge of computer work and advanced command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Access) /liliPassionate about AI Tools /li /ulpSoft Skills: /pulliNegotiation and conflict‑management /liliDetail orientation and analytical skills /liliIntegrity, accountability, and adaptability /liliResilience and problem‑solving /liliStrategic and innovative thinking /liliTeamwork and global collaboration /li /ulpNice to have /pulliProfessional certification (ACCA, CIA, CISA, CFE, CFSA) would be an advantage /li /ulpbWhat we offer /b /ppWe offer employment starting from the IV Professional Level, with the relevant salary, in accordance with the CCNL ANIA for non-executive employees and the Generali Group Company Agreement. /ppGross annual salary ranging between 36K€ and 50K€.
