Alfasigma is seeking a BU Director in Milan to lead the Hospital & Specialty Care unit, drive strategic execution, and oversee a team of seven direct reports including a Head of Marketing and four Territory Managers. The role focuses on delivering growth within a complex, matrixed organization and strengthening Alfasigma's healthcare partnerships.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in pharma, strong P&L; and leadership experience, and fluent English.
