pstrongOverview: /strong /ppInside the Global Application and Processes Department for MMKT, BD, Distribution HR this position reports to the Global delivery manager and is focused on Projects management and operations for Marketing solutions. /ppbr / /ppstrongMain Activities Responsibilities: /strong /pulliDevelop and deliver digital transformation solutions, following cutting edge standards and technologies; /liliDrive innovation and digital efficiency by integrating AI tools and technologies into project management, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and operations. /liliOptimisation and automation of business processes and the application landscape; /liliSupport existing business applications within the scope of application lifecycle management in coordination with the Business Solution Design team. /liliPromoting and encouraging the Innovations; /li /ul pProject Management: /pulliFull lifecycle management of business solution projects; /liliSupervise RFI/RFP processes and tender documentation; /liliArchitect and optimize application landscapes with stakeholders; /liliManage solution roll-outs to end users. /li /ulpInnovation: /p ulliScout software and technologies to update ICT competencies; /lilistrongAI Integration Strategy: /strongImplement AI solutions to optimize project management, SDLC, and operational efficiency. /li /ulpApplication Maintenance: Oversee ICT service quality, SOP compliance, and system integration, including: /pulliSLA-based incident and ticket management; /liliUser lifecycle management (creation to closure); /liliFunctional and data change service requests; /liliAvailability monitoring and tool maintenance. /liliMaintain CMDB data for software solutions; /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongJob Requirements: /strong /ppbr / /ppstrongEducation: /strong /pulliBachelor or Master degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering /liliEnglish language: Intermediate level /li /ul pstrongProfessional experience:
