The role is strongly field‑oriented and focused on diagnostics, customer support and continuous improvement, working closely with customers, Sales and TotalEnergies Lubrifiants, in line with quality, safety and environmental standards. /p h3Key Activities /h3 ul liVisit customers’ industrial sites (mainly cement and ceramic tile production facilities) and operate autonomously to assess the condition of key equipment (e.g. ball mills, kilns).



/li liPerform condition‑based and predictive maintenance activities using vibration analysis and other non‑destructive testing techniques (e.g. thermography, video endoscopy). /li liMonitor critical equipment through remote monitoring tools and support the maintenance of these tools. /li liProgressively take ownership of diagnostics, root cause analysis and technical recommendations. Prepare and issue clear, structured technical reports with practical and actionable recommendations. /li liEnsure post‑sales technical support and manage customer relationships, including analysis of operations and mechanical systems and preparation of lubrication plans. /li liProvide technical support to the sales team and to customers for industrial lubricants, documentation and technical issues, including customer complaints. /li liContribute to problem‑solving methodologies and manage non‑routine technical issues. Support improvement and modification projects by integrating technical and commercial aspects. /li liCollaborate with TotalEnergies Lubrifiants in the development and implementation of new products, through market analysis, laboratory tests and on‑site trials and validation, ensuring compliance with quality, safety and environmental requirements. /li liContribute to technical training and communication activities in collaboration with Marketing and Sales. /li /ul h3Profil du candidat /h3 ul liTechnical degree or diploma. /li liBased in Central/Northern Italy – no relocation to Milan required. /li liKnowledge of lubricants applications and condition monitoring techniques. /li liAvailability to travel frequently (3–4 days per week) across Italy. /li li3–5 years of experience in the lubricants industry or a comparable industrial sector is highly valued. /li liStrong analytical, organizational and communication skills. /li liFluent in Italian and English. /li liISO 18436‑1 / ISO 18436‑2 certification is a plus. /li /ul h3Informations supplémentaires /h3 pTotalEnergies valorise la diversité, promeut le développement individuel et offre des opportunités d'emploi égales à tous les candidats. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
