a highly skilled BRAND AMBASSADOR Luxury French & English, to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong attitude for customer care, fluent in languages, empathetic by nature, fashion and international luxury brands enthusiast with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer relations with Italian and international customers through phone/chat/e-mail
• E-commerce and after-sales support: assisting customers in their online purchases
Contract:
Tempo pieno 8 hours a day (40 hours a week) on shifts 5 days a week
RAL: 21-23K
Degree and/or experience in e-commerce Customer Care Fashion and Luxury.
• Good knowledge of the main IT tools and specifically of Microsoft Office applications. xlwpduy
