ph3About the role /h3pThe MA Specialist supports the execution of the company’s growth strategy by contributing to the end-to-end MA process. Working closely with senior team members, the role provides analytical and operational support across all phases of the MA lifecycle – from market scouting and target analysis to deal execution and post-merger integration. /ph3Your role at a glance /h3ulliSupport the end-to-end MA process, contributing to multiple phases of the transaction lifecycle. /liliAssist in market scouting and target identification, including industry analysis, desktop research, and competitive benchmarking. /liliContribute to the evaluation of acquisition targets through financial analysis, valuation models, and strategic assessments. /liliPrepare investment materials, business cases, and presentations for senior management. /liliSupport due diligence activities across financial, legal, tax, operational, and commercial workstreams, coordinating inputs from internal teams and external advisors. /liliAssist in deal execution activities, including data room management, analysis of transaction documents, and coordination with advisors. /liliMaintain MA documentation, models, and reports, contributing to continuous improvement of tools and processes. /li /ulh3Required experience /h3p2–3 years of professional experience in corporate finance, MA advisory, transaction services, strategy consulting, or similar roles.
