Se sì, continui a leggere per maggiori dettagli e si ricordi di candidarsi oggi stesso. brp The Role /pp The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing accounting and financial reporting activities for the Italian entity, ensuring accurate and timely financial close processes, statutory compliance, and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. /p p Key Responsibilities /pulli Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting activities /lili Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness /lili Review trial balances, account reconciliations, and financial reporting outputs /lili Coordinate statutory reporting and tax compliance activities, including VAT and corporate tax requirements,
working alongside external advisors where required /lili Act as the key contact for outsourced finance service providers across Record-to-Report (R2R), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes /lili Support external audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate policies /lili Contribute to process optimisation, automation initiatives, and system implementations /lili Partner with local, regional, and international stakeholders to support business and finance objectives /li /ul p Candidate Profile /pulli Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline xrdbqlu /lili Minimum of 4 years' experience in accounting, finance, or financial reporting roles /lili Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and reporting processes /lili Good knowledge of Italian GAAP, VAT regulations, and statutory reporting requirements /lili Experience working within international and/or shared service environments /lili Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail /lili Proactive, organised, and comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities /lili Fluent in both English and Italian /li /ul /p /p
