/b /pulli Manage and continuously improve business processes related to the procurement of company assets (IT equipment and telecommunications) and the delivery of support services. /lili Coordinate and oversee procurement and service contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies, internal procedures, and organizational standards. /lili Manage the full contract lifecycle, including document administration, renewal tracking, and invoice processing. /lili Coordinate the management of the company vehicle fleet and related operational activities. /lili Support the review, update, and implementation of company policies and procedures, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure their effectiveness and consistency. /lili Identify opportunities to improve organizational efficiency by analyzing operational workflows and recommending process improvements. /lili Prepare regular reports and performance analyses to support process monitoring, operational effectiveness, and organizational compliance. /li /ul pb Preferred qualifications: /b /pulli Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma. /lili Solid understanding of organizational processes and cross-functional business operations. /lili Strong analytical skills, with experience in operational analysis and document management. /lili Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook. /lili Good command of written and spoken English. /lili Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple activities, and meet deadlines. /lili Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across teams and functions. xrdbqlu /li /ul pb What we offer: /b /pulli A role in a dynamic, growing and inclusive environment, with flexible working and the option to work remotely up to three days per week /lili The opportunity to take ownership of and independently manage key processes and projects within the Function /lili The opportunity to work closely with structured finance specialists and analyse securitisation transactions from the structuring phase onwards. /li /ul /p /p
