We are looking for an Internal sales in our **Oracle** bu**siness unit.** The person will be responsible for **processes and vendors pricing**, manages all **quotes** and **closes orders**; incentivized based on part of the portfolio **Responsibilities**: - ** Generate new business opportunities** by planning outbound calls to customers. Can have a detailed conversation with customers on solution and identify opportunities to involve the right people in the company
- Achieve monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targets
- Proactively develop relationships with **key internal **and **external contacts**: - ** Engages in active inside selling** by gathering relevant internal and external customer information and develops short, medium and long term activities to drive appropriate customer engagements
- Manages customer **backorder **along specialist knowledge and engages in "intelligent project fishing"
- In AS either manages **project end-to-end** or hands over to pre sales for technical requirements
- Provide, sell and negotiate **product information**, **pricing**, **special offers** and **promotions**: - ** Drives sales of specific products**/ vendors if specific knowledge is required
- Generate and own a **pipeline of deals** in TD SYNNEX's CRM system, which is regularly reviewed and updated and ensure active closure of opportunities **Knowledge Skills and Experience**
- A knowledge of **Oracle product set** would be essential
- 3+ years of experience
- Numerate with good **attention to detail**: - Excellent **telephone manner** and **Effective Communication Skills**: - Priority management and planning skills
- Strive to achieve **set targets**: - Understands **Sales Process**: - Good relationship building
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- IT industry knowledge would be desirable but not essential
