**Stage Customer Care (Stage Curricolare)** La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno del Dipartimento Supply Chain della Business Unit Consumer Healthcare e supporterà il Tutor di riferimento in tutte le attività legate al dipartimento, partecipando attivamente e ricevendo formazione on the job. Le attività di cui si occuperà saranno principalmente: - Affiancamento al Supply Chain Analyst e collaborazione con tutto il Team Supply (CS, Demand e Distribution Team)
- Elaborazione e miglioramento delle principali Dashboard di Supply Chain.
- Elaborazione del SIT (Stock in Trade Analysis)
- Supporto al Supply Chain Analyst ed il Team Trade Marketing nella gestione a sistema dei Listini
- Elaborazione di file Excel per la gestione delle reportistiche volte al miglioramento del servizio clienti (reclami e anagráfica clienti) e presentazioni Power Point. Requisiti: - Laureando/a triennale o magistrale in Economia o Ingegneria gestionale
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B2 o superiore)
- Conoscenza di Excel e Power Point
- Gradita conoscenza di PowerBI
- Capacità analitiche, precisione, comunicazione Si offre uno stage curriculare di 6 mesi, con possibilità di proroga. E' previsto un rimborso spese ed erogazione di buoni pasto.
