Senior Finance Officer will be responsible for managing mainly on Accounts Payable supporting other finance related activities. And taking care of local statutory things for our growing Italy region. /p h3Accounts Payable Other Finance Support /h3 ul liReconcile and process vendor invoices for payment; /li liManaging and uploaded customer invoices and credit notes on SDI Portal; /li liSupport India Team for Customer invoices collection for non-payments; /li liVendor empanelment and creation in system; /li liRaise purchase requisition,



purchase order and any related procurements matters; /li liVerification and check of all vendor/supplier invoices received upload to SAP Portal for further process; /li liPayments follow up with India P2P Team to ensure that payments releases happen on or before its due date; /li liAssist in monthly/quarter books closure and annual audits; /li liParticipate and support process and systems improvement; /li liOther finance-related works and administrative support pertain to law of land taking care of statutory requirements required locally; /li liSupport local leadership team from Finance end; /li liMonthly submission of ISTAT questionnaires and completion of outstanding mandatory surveys, or coordination with local consultants to complete; /li liWorking supporting for RD tax credits in collaboration with our consultants/auditor. /li /ul h3Payroll /h3 ul liSupport Global Payroll Team (India) in terms of Employee Reimbursement queries, Corporate Credit Card etc /li li.Handle payroll data exchange between Global Payroll Function and Payroll vendors in Europe /li li.Nice to have: /li /ul pItaly Payroll related Acts/Norms/Procedures/Practices covering Taxes, Social Securities, Over Time, Insurance, Leave, Employer paid benefits, all other labour related aspects covering both Employee and Employer front. /p h3Work Experience /h3 ul liCandidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma,



Finance/Accountancy or equivalent or relevant work experience; /li liAt least two years of accounting experience and mainly in Accounts payable; and nice to have local compliance; /li liCandidate should know Italian, English language; /li liStrong work ethic and team player, High degree of professionalism, positive attitude, Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material, Decision maker, problem solving skills , and analytical skills, Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills, Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadline; /li liAbility to talk communicate with other stake holders and at various levels of management, escalation management, experience of working with cross functional team; /li liKnowledgeable in Microsoft Excel Outlook; /li liCollaboration working culture. /li /ul h3How we work: culture at Quest Global /h3 pWe are known for our extraordinary people who make the impossible possible every day.
