Specialista Senior / Project Manager
As Product Manager for Industrial Cooling, you drive growth by launching new products and equipping Customer Centers with the tools and training to win market share. You lead new product development, build business cases, and ensure fast time-to-market with ready sales tools. You collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and engineering to identify value in applications and segments and to beat the competition. You act as a bridge between product teams and customers to deliver measurable impact.

- Support and enable Customer Centers to sell more via product launches, trainings, and sales tools
- Develop business cases for new products and write Master Specs
- Drive Time to Market focus and ensure sales tools (calculation tools, data sheets) are ready pre-launch
- Identify applications and segments where products deliver customer value
- Provide fast, high-quality support to Sales & Marketing to achieve high hit rates and market share growth
- represent the role at Customer & Dealer days and Customer visits a few times per year
- Technical knowledge of chiller, cooler, and total cooling solutions
- Ability to work independently and as a team player with multiple stakeholders
- Fluent in English and strong communication skills
- Propensity to take initiatives
