ppWould you like to start a new professional adventure as a IT Integration Project Manager in one of our opportunities in the Retail Commerce / IT industry in Italy? /ppYour missions? /pulliLead end-to-end delivery of complex IT integration projects involving ERP, OMS, WMS, and other enterprise platforms. /liliManage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams and systems. /liliCoordinate and align multiple vendors, system integrators, and technology partners, ensuring clear accountability and delivery standards. /liliAct as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external vendors. /liliDrive integration strategy, planning, and execution, including data, interfaces, middleware, and downstream system dependencies. /liliFacilitate governance forums, steering committees, and executive updates with clear, concise reporting. /liliProactively identify risks, integration challenges, and cross-system impacts; define and implement mitigation plans. /li /ulpYour profile? /pulliBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or a related field, or equivalent experience. /liliAt least 5 years of experience in three or more IT solution disciplines, with a strong background in Project Management, Finance Budgeting. /liliKnowledge of global Retail Commerce services, content management systems, RFP preparation, and project management frameworks. /liliExcellent English communication skills; ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders across nationalities, mediums, and temperaments. /liliStrong organization, prioritization, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills; proven experience in global and virtual team environments. /liliNice to have: Certification in project management (PMP,
