Overview: Coordinates and supports Field Technician Supervisors in the execution of daily activities and specific projects; manages all claims with Customers and Public Administration; oversees Asset LCAs, suppliers tenders, and MEM-X procedures in terms of refurbishment, installation, and write-off processes. Ensures full alignment with the Commercial Team in the field. **Responsibilities**:
**Plan Development and Execution**: - Accurately implements MEM-X procedures.
- Ensures monthly TACs performance vs. targets, identifies gaps and opportunity areas, and defines the appropriate action plan.
- Oversees the maintenance plan carried out by TACs in line with PepsiCo guidelines and customer contracts. **Process Capabilities**: - Finalizes a detailed report to be sent to TACs, highlighting gaps, defining improvement initiatives, and implementing the action plan.
- Sends TACs all data and information regarding asset installation, removals, and preventive maintenance on a weekly basis.




- Manages LSS implementation within the MEM function. **Field Technician Coordinators Oversight**: - Leads and coordinates the Field Technician Supervisors team.
- Summarizes and analyzes feedback and data received from the field based on Supervisors’ reports.
- Reviews and manages customer claims.
- Organizes and coordinates meetings with maintenance suppliers.
- Ensures full alignment with Commercial Team Supervisors. Qualifications:
**Requirements**: - Knowledge of fountain and refrigeration systems.
- Solid analytical skills.
- Good people management skills.
- Fast problem-solving response and proactive attitude.
- Organizational and decision-making skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication attitude.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Good IT systems capabilities.
