pOur client, a well-established international organisation, is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join its finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on finance professional who enjoys taking ownership of accounting processes, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. /ppbr / /ppThe Role /ppThe Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing accounting and financial reporting activities for the Italian entity, ensuring accurate and timely financial close processes, statutory compliance, and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. /ppbr / /ppKey Responsibilities /pulliManage day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting activities /liliLead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness /liliReview trial balances, account reconciliations, and financial reporting outputs /liliCoordinate statutory reporting and tax compliance activities, including VAT and corporate tax requirements, working alongside external advisors where required /liliAct as the key contact for outsourced finance service providers across Record-to-Report (R2R),



Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes /liliSupport external audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate policies /liliContribute to process optimisation, automation initiatives, and system implementations /liliPartner with local, regional, and international stakeholders to support business and finance objectives /li /ulpbr / /ppCandidate Profile /pulliDegree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline /liliMinimum of 4 years#39; experience in accounting, finance, or financial reporting roles /liliStrong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and reporting processes /liliGood knowledge of Italian GAAP, VAT regulations, and statutory reporting requirements /liliExperience working within international and/or shared service environments /liliStrong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail /liliProactive, organised, and comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities /liliFluent in both English and Italian /li /ul
