p Marketing Project Manager – Events Client Activation p Location: Milan, Italy (Hybrid, 3 days onsite per week: Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday) /pp Contract Duration: September 2026 – December 2026, with potential extension of up to 2 months /pp Daily Rate: Up to €250/day (depending on experience and skills) /pp Interview Process: 1 interview with consulting partner + 1 interview with end client /pp Overview /pp Our client, a leading international organisation, is looking for a Marketing Project Manager with 4-5 years of experience to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on events management and client activation programmes. /pp Key Responsibilities /pulli Manage end-to-end delivery of marketing projects. /lili Plan and execute large-scale events, coordinating agencies, suppliers, logistics, and stakeholders. /lili Support customer engagement and client activation initiatives. /lili Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies. /lili Prepare project updates and presentations for senior stakeholders.
