With a commitment to collaboration, transparency, and performance excellence, we support some of the world's most respected clients across diverse range of sectors. p Essential Duties Responsibilities: /pulli Supporting the use of the full range of Project Management Process. /lili Provide support on day-to-day delivery of projects and demonstrate the ability to take on tasks with minimal supervision. /lili Support knowledge capture, sharing and innovation. /lili Support preparation and evaluation of tenders, contractor selection and contract documentation. /lili Support risk and value management. /lili Support contract administration for relevant contract provisions, monthly reporting, project meetings and other administration-based tasks. /lili Deliver all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner to a high standard of quality. /lili Undertake service delivery is in accordance with the policies and procedures of the business, particularly Health Safety and Quality Assurance. /lili Undertake service in compliance with client's corporate governance procedures where applicable. /lili Achieve all objectives as required by the annual performance review process. /lili Demonstrate a commitment to continuing professional development and continuous improvement.



/lili Support development and management of the project programmes and obtaining the buy-in off all stakeholders. /li /ulp Knowledge Skills Required: /pulli Developing knowledge of construction industry technical matters. /lili Limited technical project management skills. More developed skills around following PM Processes: Risk, Opportunities and Issues, Change control. /lili Developing an understanding of the entire project life cycle. /lili Good oral and written communication and presentation skills. /lili Good interpersonal skills with both client and staff. /lili Support stakeholder management. /lili Demonstrate a high degree of integrity. /li /ulp Preferred Education and Experience: /pulli A basic understanding of leadership techniques. /lili2+ years' experience. /li /ulp Cumming Group is committed to creating a diverse workplace and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
