NHOA Energy is looking for a **Junior Assistant belonging to protected categories (“invalidi civili”, L. 68/99)** who, reporting directly to the CEO Office, will perform a variety of administrative and organizational tasks. **Main tasks and duties**: - Help with the issuing of purchase requests; following the whole administrative process,
starting from entering in SAP the purchase requests, to dealing with the different departments to make sure all invoices/contracts follow the right path and procedure in a timely manner;
- Help with the approval of monthly timesheets and approval of expense reports;
- Help with the booking and approval of travels, reservations and request for visas; **Requisiti**:

- Ability to handle confidential issues professionally and discreetly.
