- Creating new dessert both a la carte and for breakfast.
- Collaborating with Executive Chef and team, delivering exceptional dining experiences.
- Assisting in menu innovation and development, while maintaining concept alignment.
- Mentoring, training and inspiring junior staff, fostering growth and creativity.
- Setting gold standards in health, safety, and hygiene (HACCP).

- 2+ years' high-level hospitality experience.
- Ability in motivating pastry staff effectively.
