p Technical Safety Engineer | Milan p Professional responsible for ensuring the safe design and operation of industrial facilities by performing technical safety studies, risk assessments, and compliance activities in accordance with international standards and project requirements. /pp Your Role /pulli Perform technical safety engineering activities throughout all phases of industrial projects. /lili Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to integrate safety requirements into plant design. /lili Ensure compliance with applicable international safety standards, regulations, and client specifications. /lili Support engineering, construction, commissioning, and operational teams on process and technical safety matters. /li /ulp Your Responsibilities /pulli Develop and review technical safety deliverables, including Hazard Identification (HAZID), HAZOP, SIL assessments, Fire Gas detection philosophies, Fire Protection studies, and Escape, Evacuation Rescue (EER) analyses. /lili Prepare and review safety philosophies, risk assessments, technical specifications, and engineering documentation. /lili Participate in safety workshops, design reviews, and multidisciplinary coordination meetings. /lili Support commissioning and operational activities through risk analysis, incident investigations, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. /li /ulp Requirements /pulli Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Safety Engineering,



or a related discipline from an accredited university. /lili At least 5 years of experience as a Technical Safety Engineer in the Oil Gas, Energy, EPC, or industrial sectors. /lili Strong knowledge of international safety standards and methodologies, including HAZOP, HAZID, SIL/LOPA, Fire Gas Systems, Fire Protection, and Risk Assessment. /lili Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to prepare technical reports and communicate effectively within international project teams. /li /ulp What We Offer /pulli Permanent employment contract. /lili Opportunity to work on complex industrial engineering projects for internationally recognized clients. /lili Professional growth opportunities within multidisciplinary engineering environments. /lili Work location: Milan /li /ulp The salary range for this position is €35,000–€42,000 gross per year. /pp The position is offered under the Italian National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce and Tertiary Services, as applied by our company. /pp Final compensation within the stated range will be determined based on the candidate's technical skills, relevant experience, and the outcome of the recruitment process, according to objective and non-discriminatory criteria. /pp For candidates with exceptional qualifications beyond the stated range, a salary review may be considered subject to internal approval. /p /p
