In this role, you will plan, perform, and execute ETI (Electrical Thermal Incident) assessments on new vehicles, new top hats, new engines, MCA, and serial life modifications, ensuring the process is applied according to standard procedures and milestone expectations. /pp ETI assessment involves evaluating the risk of thermal incidents for all electrical and electronic components, the wiring harness, and their installation in the vehicle.



Availability for short business trips within Europe is required. /pp Responsibilities /pp Design Phase: /pulli Ensure ETI validation on electrical and electronic components in cooperation with the dedicated team /lili Support digital analysis on wiring harness routing to apply best practices and eliminate ETI risk, in cooperation with Packaging / CCP / wiring harness DRE /lili Escalate blocking points to align with expectations /lili Prepare and release ETI assessment reports for each process milestone /li /ulp Industrialization Phase: /pulli Execute ETI physical checks in the production plant to confirm digital analysis (Gemba Walks) /lili Contribute to safety assessment for any deviation observed /lili Escalate blocking points and prepare/release ETI assessment reports for each milestone /li /ulp Serial Life: /pulli Support plant PQE and RQDV (Routing Quality Design Validation, former CCP) in the risk assessment of serial life issues /lili Participate in recurrent Gemba Walks in the assigned plants /li /ulp Other activities:



/pulli Contribute to the continuous improvement of the ETI assessment process and design standards through the lessons-learned process /lili Support ETI field and laboratory analysis /li /ulp Requirements /pulli University degree in Electrical / Electronics / Automotive Engineering, or a technical high school diploma in Electrical / Electronics /lili Knowledge of AC/DC principles and automotive electrical architecture /lili Wiring harness design knowledge /lili Familiarity with BEV-HEV systems /lili Basic knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes /lili Italian language, B2 level /lili English language, B2 level /lili3-5 years of experience in the Automotive industry /li /ulp Nice to have /pulli French language, A2 level /lili Strong communication skills and critical/analytical thinking /lili Experience in cross-functional and international team environments /lili Project and priority management, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset /lili Proactive, target-driven, self-motivated, and open-minded attitude /li /ulp Offer: /pulli Salary range: from €40.000 to €44.000, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements /lili Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area. /li /ulp At Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
