With our own offices worldwide and a trusted partner network, we deliver seamless, reliable, and cost-efficient logistics services across global markets. /ppbr / /ppAs we continue to grow, our Genoa office plays a key role in strengthening our operational excellence and supporting our international expansion. /ppbr / /ppstrongYour Role /strong /ppAs Operations Excellence Support, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our core systems and processes. /ppbr / /ppYou will act as the first point of contact for operational systems (TMS, CRM, quotation platforms), supporting users, maintaining data quality, and contributing to process optimization across the business. /ppbr / /ppThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of operations, systems, and continuous improvement in an international environment. /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliAdminister and maintain core operational systems (TMS, CRM, quotation and contract platforms), including user management and data integrity /liliProvide first-line support to operational teams, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions with IT and system providers /liliEnsure adherence to system workflows, SOPs, and data quality standards,
