_About Caffè Paszkowski _ Opened in 1903, Caffè Concerto Paszkowski is one of the Florence most authentic venues with a wonderful selection of cocktails, fine dining and great music. We currently have an opportunity for a talented Chef de Rang with at least 5 years experience to join our team! Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service in an environment that is unique and very special and attention to our guests. Responsibilities will include advising guests, offering descriptions of each item’s origin, taste and preparation methods, communicating guest orders including any special needs to requests to the kitchen, coordinating food timings, anticipating guest needs, closing guest checks and providing a distinctive experience.
