To support our Company’s growth, we are looking for a motivated **Logistic Specialist**, who will be part of the Operations team. If you are able to think and act in a cooperative way, establish successful cooperation with others, put the customer at the heart of your thoughts and actions and use your resources sustainably, you are best equipped for us. **DUTIES** As a **Logistic Specialist,**you will be responsible for: - Coordinating transportation: Managing transport providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
- Inventory Management: Track inventory levels, ensure accuracy and manage stock movements.
- Analyzing logistics data: Identify trends and patterns to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop logistics strategies: Develop strategies to improve logistics performance and minimize costs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders: Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Regulatory compliance: Ensure that all logistics activities comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements.
- Problem Solving: Resolve any problems or complaints relating to logistics.
- Demonstrate knowledge of technology and information systems.
- Act as the primary technical contact for stakeholders and customers.
- Contribute to market research activities on market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure compliance with space and defence industry standards and regulations. **GENERAL REQUIREMENTS**
- High School Diploma or Technical Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in logistic area,
preferably in a structured production context.
- Hands-on and proactive approach.
- Analytical mind and problem-solving, as well as a continuous learning attitude.
- Good understanding of English. **REQUIRED EXPERIENCES & SKILLS**
- Experience in warehouses, production and shipments areas.
- Experience gained in management and optimization of shipments and transportation.
- Knowledge of “kitting” activities.
- Know how to map with VSM technique current material flow and being able to improve them.
- Ability to manage priorities and critical issues in a timely manner.
- Good knowledge of the mains ERP on the market (specifically SAP B1).
- Knowledge of IT tools (Excel, etc.). **ADDITIONAL ASSETS**
