To support our Company’s grow, we are looking for a motivated** Production Planner**, who will be part of the Argotec Production team**,**withing our Operations Unit. The position is likely to suit a dynamic team player with a ‘can do’ attitude, responsible for continuous improvement of the performance.
If you are able to think and act in a cooperative way, establish a successful cooperation with others, put the customer at the heart of your thoughts and actions and always strive to provide a service of excellence, aspire to outstanding results, and use your resources sustainably, you are best equipped for us. **DUTIES** As a **Production Planner**, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and coordination of satellite production, ensuring timely material acquisition, efficient processes and adherence to project schedules and specifications. The main activities will include: - Plan and schedule satellite production, ensuring adherence to delivery timelines and technical specifications;
- Manage planning for materials and components, working closely with the procurement team to ensure timely acquisition of critical and high-tech parts;




- Optimize the production process by implementing Lean Manufacturing practices and continuous improvement strategies to reduce production time and costs;
- Prepare detailed reports on project progress, production KPIs, and inventory status;
- Schedule testing and validation activities for the satellites;
- Coordinate with the project management team to ensure launch timelines are well-planned and that satellites are ready for final testing and delivery;
- Plan the purchase requests (PRs) for equipment and materials and plan orders with appropriate lead times;
- Generate and maintain part numbers within the product life cycle (PLM) tools (temporarily using SAP);
- Load planning into the management system (MES);
- Monitor of production times to optimize the planning/scheduling. **GENERAL REQUIREMENTS**
- High School Diploma/or Technical Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years of experience in production planning coordination within the aerospace or high-tech manufacturing sector;
- Knowledge of production planning practices, ERP systems (such as SAP BO), and project management software;
- Strong problem solving attitude




- High flexibility and team-working skills- Fluency in written and spoken English **REQUIRED EXPERIENCES & SKILLS**
- Experience gained in small/medium sized manufacturing companies;
- Ability to manage priorities and critical issues in a timely manner;
- Good knowledge of the mains IT tools on the market (specifically ERP, MES, Excel, etc.);
