**THE IMPACT**:
S/He organises and manage trade marketing initiatives in line with the Corporate and the local branches needs and in full compliance with the expected costs and timing. **MAIN ACTIVITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
- Participate to the Own Brand products overall communication strategy in trade fairs and initiatives, events, etc.;
- Ensure that all promotional materials (i.e. invitations, events advertisements and gadgets) are in full compliance with the brand books guidelines;
- Coordinate the Trade events organization (i.e. national and International trade fairs), co-branding and Trade & Consumer proximity events in line with the market needs;
- Work side by side with the interested parties (i.e. General Services, Logistics, R&D;, etc.) to guarantee the full and smooth implementation of the events/initiatives plan;
- Support the local branches in the events and trade-fairs/initiatives implementation in full compliance with the Corporate guidelines;
- Monitor the Trade Marketing function budget in line with the Finance and Marketing Direction requirements. **Requisiti**: - Master's degree in Marketing or equivalent;
- Working proficiency in both Italian and English is mandatory;
- Good knowledge of Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint);
- Strong Interpersonal & communication skills;
- Good problem solving and organizational skills;
- At least 3-5 years in the same role (preferably in the same sector).
