p Desktop Support Engineer (L1) | On-Demand Dispatch Engineer | Venice, Italy | Freelance / B2B Contract p Location: Venice (Onsite) /pp Employment Type: Freelance / B2B Contract /pp Engagement: On-Demand Dispatch | Ticket-Based Work /pp We are looking for experienced Desktop Support Engineers (L1) to join our on-demand dispatch network. Engineers will be assigned onsite support requests based on customer tickets and project requirements to provide hands-on technical assistance in enterprise environments. /pp Key Responsibilities /pp Provide onsite desktop and deskside support for hardware, software, and network-related issues /pp Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and break/fix activities /pp Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices /pp Support Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, VPN, and basic networking /pp Manage Active Directory user accounts, password resets, and group memberships /pp Support Microsoft Intune and/or SCCM for device imaging, software deployment,



and endpoint management /pp Troubleshoot BitLocker encryption and recovery key issues /pp Update service tickets and documentation while adhering to SLA and ITIL processes /pp Escalate complex technical issues when required /pp Requirements /pp3+ years of experience in Desktop Support, EUC, or IT Support /pp Hands-on experience with Active Directory /pp Experience with Microsoft Intune and/or SCCM /pp Experience supporting BitLocker encryption and recovery /pp Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 /pp Basic networking and hardware troubleshooting skills /pp Excellent communication and customer service skills /pp Ability to travel to customer sites and respond to dispatch requests /pp Own laptop and standard IT toolkit preferred /pp Rate Card /pulli Hourly Rate: €30 /hour /lili Half-Day (up to 4 hours): €90 /lili Full-Day (up to 8 hours): €140 /li /ulp This is an on-demand dispatch role, not a full-time position. Engineers are engaged on a ticket-by-ticket basis depending on customer requirements. /p /p
