Our Genoa office is home to a small, ambitious, and fast-growing team with a clear goal: to become a leading player in the industry. /pp To support our exciting growth journey, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on Operations Team Lead to join our team. /pp Your Impact /pp In this role, you will take ownership of our sea freight operations, lead a small team while actively contributing to daily business. You will play a key role in shaping processes, driving efficiency, and ensuring excellent service delivery. /pp Your Responsibilities /pulli Lead and manage daily operations of the Sea Freight department /lili Work closely with your team and actively handle import/export shipments /lili Challenge and improve current ways of working to enhance efficiency /lili Ensure full compliance with internal procedures (OPS) and external regulations /lili Monitor and optimize operational costs while maintaining competitive service levels /lili Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, agents,
