Location: remote; Austria, Spain, Italy, France, Greece As technical species expert you grow the Performance Solutions business for the markets in the South Europe Operating Unit. You work directly with the sales markets to define and implement key sales and marketing actions to build up our market reputation and customer awareness. - Accountable for Performance Solutions sales for the swine and poultry market across the Operating Unit by leading specific business development priorities and sales & marketing actions for the Operating Unit
- Works to develop PS sales across an agreed and aligned set of accounts in the Operating Unit
- Works with local markets and engages with key customers as a “difference maker” to generate PS sales (part of account team)
- Independently visit customers (vet, nutritionist, production mgr.) to solicit customer issues, create new leads and generate awareness.
- Provides nutritional and health solution recommendations in a highly consultative, value-added solution selling sales process.

- 5+ years of relevant experience in technical sales or technical consultancy of feed additives, product management, or similar fields.
- You have a deep knowledge and understanding of the animal protein producing industry, preferably Europe.
- A master’s degree in Animal Nutrition, Veterinarian Medicine or similar.
- A curious approach to problem-solving, fueling innovation by seeking new solutions and perspectives.
- A focus on impact, driving innovation and positive change through your creativity and expertise.
