ppVery interesting job opportunity as a Global Accounting Director /p pLeading player in the distribution industry /p h3Azienda /h3 pOur Client is a leading company operating in the distribution sector. /p h3Offerta /h3 h3Global Accounting Leadership /h3 ul liLead and oversee accounting operations across multiple international jurisdictions. /li liDrive consistency, standardisation and practices across the Group's accounting activities. /li liBuild, develop and lead a high-performing global accounting team. /li /ul h3Financial Reporting Close /h3 ul liOwn the month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes. /li liEnsure accurate, timely and consistent financial reporting across all entities. /li liOversee balance sheet integrity, intercompany accounting and statutory reporting requirements. /li /ul h3Governance, Controls Compliance /h3 ul liMaintain a strong accounting control environment across the Group. /li liEnsure compliance with IFRS, local GAAP requirements and internal policies. /li liCoordinate external audits and statutory reporting obligations across all jurisdictions. /li /ul h3Cash Flow Working Capital /h3 ul liCoordinate local cash flow planning and liquidity forecasting processes. /li liSupport Group cash management through accurate reporting and strong balance sheet discipline. /li /ul h3Business Partnership /h3 ul liPartner closely with the CFO, regional finance teams and business leaders to support growth and operational excellence. /li liProvide accounting expertise,



insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders. /li /ul h3Competenze ed esperienza /h3 pThe successful candidate will combine strong technical accounting expertise with proven leadership experience in complex multinational environments. /p h3Requirements /h3 ul liQualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA). /li liMaster's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. /li li10+ years of accounting experience within multinational organisations. /li liProven leadership experience managing international accounting teams. /li liStrong knowledge of IFRS and multi-country accounting environments. /li liExperience managing statutory reporting, audits and financial controls across multiple jurisdictions. /li liStrong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills. /li liAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth international environment. /li /ul h3Preferred /h3 ul liBig Four background. /li liExperience within consumer goods or international branded businesses. /li liExperience with Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP platforms. /li liAdvanced Excel and financial systems expertise. /li /ul pIf you are looking for an opportunity to shape and lead a global accounting function within a dynamic and ambitious international organisation, we would love to hear from you. /p h3Completa l'offerta /h3 pOttima possibilità di carriera. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
