The Role: This role will be based out of our Milan office and will be required to be on site in the office 2-3 times per week. As member of our newly expanded CRM team, you will play a role in ensuring the success of our CRM strategy in the Italian market. Reporting to the CRM Specialist, you will support in ensuring our campaigns contain engaging and localised content, be confident in data segmentation and reporting within the CRM system. Please share your CV in English Your Impact: - Managing relationships with external translation agency, ensuring copy is locally relevant and represents the brand
- Collaborating with Ecommerce teams ensuring product shown is relevant to the market.
- Understanding market trends and brand identity, ensuring this is demonstrated throughout marketing communications
- Collaborating with regional team / country marketing managers on ideas and local event activations (i.e. events team on data capture from in-person events)
- Reporting on campaign performance (Google Analytics / analytical tools)
