- Provide operational and administrative coordination for the implementation of the projects/initiatives included in the Medical Plan.
- Manage and coordinate the approval of Scientific Materials (promotional, educational, Scientific Engagement and Market Access) through the advanced use of Content Lab.
- Coordinate the plan for the creation and dissemination of Therapeutic Area Publications and Congress Presentations, interacting proactively with Medical Affairs colleagues and external experts.
- Support the effective operational and administrative implementation of Independent Medical Education programmes, Third Party events and events organized by GSK within the Therapeutic Area.
- Ensure the timely scouting/retrieval and continuous availability of the scientific documents (articles, internet bibliographic sources, slides) necessary for the activity of Scientific & Promotional Engagement of the Therapeutic Area.
- Provide operational support to the TA Medical Lead in the activation and management of ISS studies,



including the management of contractual responsibilities with the Istitute.
- Collaborate with the TA Medical Lead and Training & Internal Engagement in the preparation and verification of medical scientific training programmes and materials on products/AT and evaluation assessments of Medica team. **_ Why you?_** **Basic Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum experience in Medical Affairs (preferred)
