- Starting in 2025, following the recent acquisition by the M42 Group and its organizational integration, Diaverum will expand into other strategic health sectors such as diabetes, advanced diagnostics, AI, and biogenetics, offering opportunities for growth in new markets and professional development. **Main Responsibilities**: - Provide operational support to the HR team in daily activities.
- Assist in preparing monthly payroll by managing attendance data in the internal HR system.
- Maintain and update the HR database.
- Support the recruitment process.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
- Contribute to specific HR-related projects. **Requirements**_:_




- Degree in Human Resources, Economics, or a related field.
- Fluency in both Italian and English.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Up-to-date knowledge of Italian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, and clear communication.
- Empathy and flexibility in addressing the needs of various internal stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
