In this Continuous Improvement Specialist (OMS Champion) role you will:
- Spread and share the Lean mindset throughout the organization;
- Engaging Site Leaders in OMS by training them and supporting the Site Management Team to establish and maintain an Organization that Delivers
- Manage and support process improvement projects
- Implement and monitor KPIs
- Promote and convey continuous improvement tools;
- Managing continuous improvement opportunities,
addressing necessary actions;
- Supporting the implementation and maintenance of Performance Management;
The ideal candidate has the following characteristics:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Economics or Master in Supply Chain;
- At least 2 years of experience in continuous improvement's team in Manufacturing/Supply Chain Industry.
- Good knowledge of the main diagnostic tools, data analysis and performance measurement;
- Good knowledge of the English;
- Ability to analyse processes and solve problems;
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, Power BI;
- Proactive personality, able to work in a team with good communication skills and a strong propensity for improvement
Salary Range: €32.000 - € 38.000
