ph3Experteer Overview /h3pIn this role you will drive test development for new PCP products in a hands‑on capacity, delivering reliable, cost‑effective test solutions. You will collaborate with design and product teams to accelerate bring‑up, validation, and production ramp for power‑management devices. You’ll tackle debugging and yield improvement across analog, mixed‑signal, and power products, applying DFT and data‑driven insights. This is a growth‑focused position within Renesas’ embedded semiconductor portfolio. /ph3Retribuzione / Benefits /h3ulliDevelop and maintain ATE test programs and hardware for analog, mixed‑signal, and power management products /liliExecute test plan implementation, ensuring test coverage and quality targets /liliSupport product bring‑up, characterization,
