pstrongSenior MEP Project Manager – Data Centre /strong /ppstrongLocation: /strong Milan, Italy /ppstrongContract: /strong Freelance /ppstrongDuration: /strong 18 Months+ /ppstrongStart: /strong ASAP /ppbr / /ppstrongOverview /strong /ppAn exciting opportunity is available for an experienced strongMEP Project Manager /strong to join a leading General Contractor delivering multiple hyperscale Data Centre projects across the Milan region. /ppWith several live projects currently under construction, they are looking to strengthen their on-site delivery team with experienced Data Centre professionals capable of managing complex MEP packages from design through to execution. /ppbr / /ppstrongYour Responsibilities /strong /pulliLead the delivery of MEP packages on large-scale Data Centre construction projects. /liliCoordinate design teams, construction teams and subcontractors. /liliManage procurement, technical coordination and programme delivery.



/liliDrive look-ahead planning and improve site productivity. /liliResolve design clashes and technical issues. /liliMonitor construction progress and ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality. /liliWork closely with project stakeholders throughout the full project lifecycle. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongYour Requirements /strong /pulliPrevious experience as an MEP Project Manager on Data Centre projects. /liliAt least one completed Data Centre project. /liliStrong knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services. /liliExperience coordinating subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams. /liliAble to manage projects from design through construction. /liliFluent Italian and good English. /liliAvailable to work full-time on site in Milan. /li /ulpbr / /ppIf you#39;re interested in hearing more, please apply or email . /p
