Since 2018, agap2 Italia has been supporting clients throughout Italy across the following sectors: Energy, Oil Gas, Steel, Hydrogen, Power Generation, and Construction. p ABOUT THE ROLE – Offshore Hook-Up Commissioning Lead /pp For an important international Offshore Oil Gas project, we are looking for an experienced Offshore Hook-Up Commissioning Lead to oversee the offshore installation, hook-up and commissioning activities of Single Point Terminal (SPT) systems. /pp Reporting directly to the JPT Project Commissioning Manager, the successful candidate will lead commissioning operations, ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and marine systems are safely installed, tested and commissioned in accordance with project specifications, HSE requirements and operational standards. /pp Key Responsibilities /pulli Plan, coordinate and execute offshore hook-up and commissioning activities for Single Point Terminal (SPT) systems, including: /lili CALM Buoys; /lili Turret Systems; /lili Hose Systems; /lili Pipeline End Manifolds (PLEMs). /lili Ensure the operational readiness of: /lili Mooring Systems; /lili Flexible Hoses; /lili Risers; /lili Product Transfer Systems; /lili Marine Loading Equipment; /lili Quick Release Hooks. /lili Coordinate installation interfaces between subsea facilities, PLEMs, risers and topside SPT systems. /lili Supervise and perform: /lili Mechanical Completion; /lili Pre-Commissioning Activities; /lili Pressure Testing; /lili Leak Testing; /lili Functional Testing. /lili Verify that all systems are installed, commissioned and fully compliant with project specifications prior to start-up. /lili Oversee system energization and integration of: /lili SCADA Systems; /lili Telemetry Systems; /lili Emergency Shutdown (ESD); /lili Fire Gas (FG) Systems. /lili Lead multidisciplinary commissioning teams,



vendors and subcontractors during offshore operations. /lili Review and validate commissioning documentation, including: /lili Punch Lists; /lili Red-Line Drawings; /lili As-Built Documentation; /lili Commissioning Dossiers. /lili Coordinate with marine teams to ensure correct buoy positioning, mooring integrity and offshore terminal stability. /lili Work closely with HSE personnel to ensure full compliance with: /lili Permit to Work (PTW); /lili Marine Safety Procedures; /lili SIMOPS Requirements. /lili Support offshore start-up activities, performance testing and operational readiness for crude or product loading. /li /ulp Requirements /pulli Bachelor's Degree in one of the following disciplines: /lili Mechanical Engineering; /lili Electrical Engineering; /lili Instrumentation Engineering; /lili Automation Engineering; /lili Process Engineering. /lili Minimum 12 years of professional experience in Offshore Oil Gas after graduation. /lili Proven experience leading hook-up and commissioning activities for offshore marine terminals, SPM/SPT facilities or similar offshore loading infrastructure. /lili Strong knowledge of offshore marine terminal systems and crude/product loading facilities. /lili Ability to read and interpret: /lili PIDs; /lili PFDs; /lili Hook-Up Drawings; /lili Vendor Documentation. /lili Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams in offshore environments. /lili Good understanding of: /lili Offshore Logistics; /lili Vessel Coordination; /lili SIMOPS; /lili Commissioning Methodologies. /lili Strong commitment to HSE,



quality standards and documentation control. /lili Excellent written and spoken English. /li /ulp Preferred Skills /pulli Strong leadership and team coordination skills. /lili Excellent planning and organizational abilities. /lili Ability to manage complex offshore commissioning activities under schedule constraints. /lili Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach. /lili Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. /lili High attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence. /li /ulp Compensation /pp The gross annual salary (RAL) for this position ranges from €70,000 to €100,000, depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience. /pp The final compensation package will be determined based on technical expertise, relevant professional experience, level of autonomy in managing project activities, and the outcome of the selection process, following objective, transparent, and merit-based criteria. /pp For candidates with exceptional qualifications or highly specialized expertise that significantly exceed the role requirements, an enhanced compensation package may be considered, subject to internal approval. /pp The world needs you /pp agap2 is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
